“REMEMBER”

Memento typically means an object kept as a reminder of aperson or event. However, if you dig deeper, its Latin rootmeminisse means "to remember". Taken from the Latin phrase,"Memento mori; memento vivere", which means "remember youmust die, so remember to live", this collection draws on thedual meaning of the word. Each piece represents the currentstate of our environment and the journey forward if we areto make impactful change. In essence, the Mementocollection is both a reminder and a warning. It is a call toaction. For if we do not act now to help change the world forthe better, then we all will eventually have to rememberthat all good and beautiful things must come to an end —such is the cycle we are bound to {life and death}.
