RETURNS POLICY
Our policy lasts 30 days. Unfortunately, if 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Only regular priced items can be refunded.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition when received in order to be eligible for returns. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-returnable items:
Perishables (food, flowers, paper products)
Intimate/sanitary products
Hazardous material
Health/personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
Partial refunds are only granted in exempt situations such as:
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that returned past 30 days after being delivered.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied automatically to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received your refund:
Recheck your bank account.
Contact your credit card company regarding the refund.
Contact your bank. There is often some time before a refund is processed.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Shipping costs for returned items will be deducted from your refund.
For items over RM250, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. However, we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
